    党的十八大以来，人民法院在以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导下，持续深化司法体制改革，深入开展国际司法交流合作，中国特色社会主义司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我国司法国际形象和影响力不断提升。人民法院组织法、法官法修订完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英译文亟待确定。随着更高层次改革开放加速推进，国际司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法协助业务稳步增长，更有必要进一步规范人民法院组织结构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文。

    为落实习近平总书记关于加强我国国际传播能力建设的重要指示，推进对外法治宣传，讲好中国法治故事，完善新时代人民法院的国际交流合作、涉外案件审判机制，推动形成更高层次改革开放新格局，最高人民法院经广泛征求意见，就人民法院组织机构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文作出规范，现印发给你们。请在国际交流合作、涉外案件审理、双语标识制作中结合实际遵照执行。《关于规范法院名称及法院工作人员职务英译文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230号）同时废止。
